Our team is comprised of skilled professionals from diverse disciplines, including adult and social care, medicine, mental health, community development and service users. Together, we strive to provide comprehensive and effective care services that meet the unique needs of our service users.


Adult and Social Care Discipline

Our adult and social care discipline is led by seasoned professionals with extensive experience in supporting vulnerable adults. Our Service providers have many years experience in a range of care settings, from residential homes to community-based support services. They are highly skilled in case management, risk assessment, and advocacy, and have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals who require care and support.


Doctors Discipline

Our doctors discipline is comprised of medical professionals with experience in providing care for individuals with complex medical conditions. These individuals are well-versed in a range of health issues, from chronic pain management to end-of-life care. They work closely with our other disciplines to provide holistic care services that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our service users.


Mental Health Discipline

Our mental health discipline is carried out by licensed therapists with experience in working with individuals who have experienced trauma or other mental health challenges. They have expertise in evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy, and can help clients develop coping mechanisms to manage their symptoms. They work closely with our other disciplines to provide a comprehensive and integrated approach to care that addresses the whole person.


Community Development Discipline

Our community development discipline is comprised of experienced community organisers and coordinators with expertise in grassroots mobilisation and advocacy; including support in areas such as, access to healthcare, housing, and other essential services. They are skilled at building relationships and collaborating with community members, and can help us engage with local stakeholders and develop partnerships that support our mission of providing  quality care services.
